In just 10 days, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear Dobbs v. Jackson—the case on Mississippi's 15-week abortion limit that could once and for all restore power to the people to protect our brothers and sisters in the womb from the violence of abortion.

our new video explaining why the Supreme Court must uphold state abortion limits HERE.
This video summarizes the argument we make in the amicus curiae, or "friend of the court" brief, that I wrote and filed in the Dobbs 15-week limit case:

CMP's undercover videos make this case simple—if an unborn baby is old enough to be sold for body parts for experiments, he or she is old enough to be protected from abortion, period.

The new video also examines the tragic and lethal consequences that unlimited, legalized abortion has brought to American communities, such as the demand for late-term fetal organs, racist quotas for harvesting aborted fetuses for experiments, and the enabling of infanticide by pro-abortion government policies as in the horrific Kermit Gosnell case.
Top abortion industry leaders caught on undercover video admit in their own words that the 15-week babies in the womb, whose human vulnerability is now before the Supreme Court, are the most at risk for organ trafficking for experiments.

There is only one answer the Supreme Court can give in the Dobbs casewhich is to recognize the obvious, overriding constitutional interests the people of this country have in protecting infants in the womb from lethal abortion.

The discriminatory, unequal, and violent treatment the Court once authorized toward so-called ‘pre-viability’ human infants is totally inconsistent with who we are supposed to be as a country. Now at last is the time for a new and more humane way forward.

After CMP's undercover videos were released in 2015, two Congressional investigations confirmed the "systemic violations" at Planned Parenthood, a southern California prosecutor shut down two of Planned Parenthood's business partners in a $7.8 million settlement with an admission of guilt, and the U.S. Department of Justice has an ongoing active investigation of Planned Parenthood's baby parts trafficking. In May, Planned Parenthood SURRENDERED in federal court in Texas to their termination from state Medicaid based on their wrongdoing found in my undercover video reporting.

Instead of coming clean and reforming, Planned Parenthood and their allies have tried to bury the evidence with retaliatory lawsuits to attack the First Amendment and silence anyone who challenges them.

CMP's team of legal experts are working hard to make sure our First Amendment rights and those of all citizen journalists are vindicated, and that those who traffick aborted baby body parts are held equally accountable under the law.
