WARNING: IT CONTAINS DISTURBING CONTENT
I do apologise for this fact but there is really no other way to pass the information below on.
Since my last email on 8 September, there have been some developments in my challenge to the Anti-Discrimination Act (NSW) 1977.
Firstly, the State of New South Wales has intervened. It is, unsurprisingly, arguing that its laws do not infringe the implied constitutional protection of political communication. It is also arguing that it is not subject to S.116 of the Constitution. In theory, New South Wales believes that its laws can restrict religious expression and beliefs. In practice, it is restricting Christian beliefs regarding marriage and morality while simultaneously promoting Islamic schools, mosques and practices. Of interest, the leader of the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils, Keysar Trad, has recently promoted polygamy...
There is still considerable work to be done to prepare for my case in the New South Wales Court of Appeal. However, we are moving forward and I am looking forward to the hearing on 8-9 November 2016.
In other news, the New South Wales Anti-Discrimination Board has apologised to me recently for its breach of the Anti-Discrimination Act (NSW) 1977. The Acting President has admitted that she has not provided me with updates on her investigations into the complaints. The apology was nice, but I'd simply prefer her to provide me with the updates. She still has not done so and has shown no intention whatsoever of complying with the Act that she is supposed to administer and which she is foisting on me in Queensland.
You can read further about these matters by clicking on the linked articles at the end of this email.
The Acting President has also informed me that she will be referring another three matters to the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal. This will bring the total number of Tribunal matters to 15. The Australian Liberty Alliance has also been joined to one of these matters.
Judgment is still reserved in the Federal Court in relation to my matter against the Chief of Defence Force. I won this matter originally but it was appealed and the appeal was heard in May.
The nature of the battle
The following information is disturbing. But it is factual and it demonstrates the true nature of the 'anti-discrimination' and 'homosexual marriage' agenda. I present it so that you are aware of what is at stake in these legal battles. We are not just fighting an oppressive law, or a government department overreaching its responsibilities and powers. Instead, we are fighting a truly evil agenda that is focused on children - our children.
In late 2013, the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal found a Victorian political candidate, Tess Corbett, had vilified homosexuals after she expressed her concerns about anti-discrimination laws, paedophilia and homosexuality. Garry Burns lodged the complaint against her. The Tribunal ordered Tess Corbett to apologise for her beliefs regarding morality, including for her statement:
"Paedophiles will be next in line to be recognised in the same way as gays and lesbians and get rights."
Keep that in mind as you consider this.
The 'Safe Schools' program was developed at the La Trobe University’s Australian Research Centre in Sex, Health and Society. The Deputy Chair of this 'research' centre is Professor Gary Dowsett. In 1982, Professor Dowsett wrote an article titled, 'Boiled Lollies and Bandaids: Gay Men and Kids'. Some excerpts are below and you can read the entire thing yourself HERE:
“First, we have three legal/social questions to win: custody rights for gay men and lesbians; the legal right of paedophiles and their young loves; and finally, the sexual rights of children as a whole.”
“And I also have a friend, a paedophile, who is working very hard on making sense out of his relations with boys. Those relations consist of, among other things, a large amount of nurture and support for these boys, a real caring for their welfare and growth.”
“How different then is that gentle, tentative sexuality between parent and child from the love of a paedophile and his/her lover? From all their accounts and from many academic studies (some worse than others), that kind of love, warmth, support and nurture is an important part of the paedophilic relationship.”
“The current paedophilia debate then is crucial to the political processes of the gay movement: paedophiles need our support, and we need to construct the child/adult sex issue on our terms.”
Given the academic 'leadership' of this research centre, one cannot be surprised that the 'Safe Schools' website directed school children to websites that linked them to pornographic material. One also cannot be surprised that this centre is now advocating new 'sex ed' material that will teach school children about homosexuality, including that it is 'pleasurable as well as normal'.
And now consider this.
In May 2016, the Anti-Discrimination Board pledged allegiance to the IDAHOT Day and announced this on its webpage. You can see it here and I've attached one photo below.
IDAHOT Day is the 'International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia'. The IDAHOT Day Committee has supported the 'Safe Schools' program, including in Australia. The 2015 IDAHOT Report for Australia stated:
“Across the country the Australian Safe Schools Coalition celebrated incredible success with their ‘Be Better Allies’ campaign, which was launched to coincide with IDAHOT 2015. As part of the project the group encouraged schools across the country to support LGBTI youth with events, workshops and celebrations marking the day."
So what does it all mean?
Well it means that pro-paedophilia agendas are deeply connected to the Safe Schools program.
It means that the New South Wales state government anti-discrimination body entrusted to investigate homosexual vilification complaints has pledged support to an organisation that promotes Safe Schools across Australia.
It means the Tribunal focused on hearing complaints of homosexual vilification has deemed it unlawful to express concerns about the potential use of anti-discrimination law to protect paedophiles.
That's what it means.
And if you don't believe me, know this.
In March 2014 I wrote an article condemning the Toronto Gay Pride Parade. In particular, I condemned the homosexual men who exposed themselves to children. And I published a picture of exactly what goes on:
Shortly afterwards, Garry Burns lodged a complaint about that post. The President of the Anti-Discrimination Board accepted it. And now I face a $100,000 fine for expressing, in very strong terms, my objections to the above behaviour. The President of the Anti-Discrimination Board believes that homosexuals should be able to conduct themselves in this way without any criticism.
And while my article was about a parade in Canada, similar things have occurred right here in Australia. The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras is billed as the pinnacle of homosexual culture in Australia.
In 2015, these children marched in the Mardi Gras:
And they marched right in front of this:
That is the nature of the battle that we are fighting. I am not saying that anyone involved in the promotion of these agendas is a paedophile. And while people like Gary Dowsett clearly have made statements that support paedophilia, I believe it is probable that most people involved in things like the Safe Schools program simply have no idea about his beliefs and would find them greatly offensive.
I am also not saying that all homosexuals support the type of behaviour at the Mardi Gras.
However, I do say this: those involved with programs such as Safe Schools are, at the very least, unwittingly supporting a movement that will eventually legitimise and legalise paedophilia in Australia if it is left unchecked. Indeed, it has already become extremely dangerous and costly to express concerns about these laws or the agendas they protect.
And I also say that the leadership of the homosexual community shows no concern whatsoever about activities that promote sexually-explicit behaviour in the most public way to children.
It is very disturbing.
That is why we must fight these anti-discrimination laws. They are linked to evil agendas and they will only result in evil outcomes.
Fundraising dinner - 29 October 2016
On 29 October 2016 there will be a fundraising and information dinner to assist with costs for my legal cases.
The dinner will be held at 6pm at the Coorparoo RSL, 45 Holdsworth St, Coorparoo QLD 4151.

Today the Labor Party announced that it would block a plebiscite on marriage. Sadly, it claimed that the very narrow protections that would allow priests to refrain from overseeing homosexual marriages went too far. Already the writing is on the wall: if homosexual marriage is legalised there will follow amendments and laws that will force everyone in society to support and even participate in them.
Further, it will mean that schools will be required to teach that homosexual marriages are lawful. It will cement in the Safe Schools program and any parent objecting to it will, in future, risk finding themselves facing a vilification complaint for their efforts.
Bill Shorten also claimed that a plebiscite should be rejected because it was up to parliament to debate and pass laws. For your information, I list all the homosexual marriage bills that the federal parliament has rejected in the last 12 years:
- Same Sex Relationships (Enduring Equality) Bill 2004
- Same-Sex Marriage Bill 2006
- Marriage (Relationships Equality) Amendment Bill 2007
- Marriage (Relationships Equality) Amendment Bill 2008
- Same-Sex Marriage Bill 2008
- Marriage Equality Amendment Bill 2009
- Marriage Equality Amendment Bill 2010
- Marriage Amendment Bill 2012
- Marriage Equality Amendment Bill 2012
- Marriage Amendment Bill (No 2) 2012
- Marriage Equality Amendment Bill 2013
- Marriage Act Amendment (Recognition of Foreign Marriages for Same-Sex Couples) Bill 2013
- Marriage Equality Amendment Bill 2013
- Recognition of Foreign Marriages Bill 2014
- Freedom to Marry Bill 2014
- Marriage Amendment (Marriage Equality) Bill 2015
- Marriage Legislation Amendment Bill 2015
- Marriage Amendment (Marriage Equality) Bill 2016
In other news, I continue to meet with various conservative parties and organisations in Queensland regarding a way forward for the state election. In many respects, the ball for cooperation is in One Nation's court. I know many people would be willing to support them at the next election and teams are ready to go. However, One Nation has so far rejected this proposal.
However, there have been some productive meetings and I will keep you updated as things progress.
Thank you once again for your support, generosity and encouragement.
