In Bishop Fellay's recent conference in New Zealand, he promoted and laid out a new entity he is created with the conciliarists. That is, the SSPX will be a completely different structure and organization. So much for "Nothing is going on" and, "Nothing is changed; we are the same".

Remembering that he already received from the conciliarist "permission" to confer four out of seven sacraments: Baptism (is always given), Confession, Extreme Unction, and Holy Orders. Along with receiving an Official Diocesan Right in the Diocese of Buenos Aires Argentina.

Below, Bishop Williamson had summarized Bishop Fellay's hopes in his newest Eleison Comments #480

"In Australia just one month ago the Superior General of the Society of St Pius X painted a glowing picture of his – as he hopes – imminent subjection of the Society to the officials of Conciliar Rome. From a long discourse here are a few significant remarks he made, summarised or quoted in full (in italics):—

"[ . . . ] Rome is offering us a new structure. At its head will be a bishop, chosen by the Pope from a list of three Society members, named by the Society. He will have authority over priests, over any religious wanting to join the new structure and over Catholics belonging to the new structure. These will have an absolute right to receive from Society priests all the sacraments, including marriage. This bishop will be able to set up schools and seminaries, to ordain ( priests ), to establish new religious Congregations. The structure will be like a super-diocese, independent of all local bishops. In other words, for you faithful, there will be no change from what you are already enjoying with the Society. The only difference will be that you will be officially recognized as Catholics.

"You can easily imagine that there will be clashes with the local bishops. So we must be prudent, but as things stand you cannot imagine anything better than this offer, which is such that you cannot think it is a trap. It is not a trap , and if anyone makes us such an offer it can only be because he wishes us well . He wants Tradition to prosper and to flourish within the Church. It is impossible that such an offer could come from our enemies. They have many other ways to crush us, but not that way [ . . . ].

"The remarks highlighted here in heavy print call for comment:—

* A “new structure” means presumably that Arc hbishop Lefebvre’s structure for the Society will, essentially, be abandoned. Rome is creating a completely new entity. Good-bye, dear SSPX.

* A “bishop chosen by the Pope” is extremely important. And the head of the “new structure” will presumably go on being chosen by the Pope. Ask the Fraternity of St Peter what that means. It meant in the 1990’s their own choice of Superior General being overridden by Rome, so that Rome’s own choice was forcibly installed (Fr. A. D.), to bring St Peter’s to heel.

* Note also how this bishop will be able “to ordain (priests)” but not bishops. Rome will thus retain the whip-hand over the new entity.

* “There will be no change”? But of course there will! Rome will henceforth be in control.

* “You will be officially recognized” – but what Catholic needs any recognition by such destroyers of the Church as her present neo-modernist officials? Any such recognition can only be a bad sign.

* “Not a trap . . .”? This whole paragraph is truly remarkable."

There is actually more to this that Bishop Williamson did not include. Without transcribing the excerpt, though it should be, here are some of Bishop Fellay's words starting @ minute 2:30.

Bishop Fellay said that ""Rome is offering us a new body. At the head, a bishop. This bishop chosen by the Pope with 3 names which are presented by the Society and taken IN the Society." By the words "taken IN the Society" can only mean 3 names taken from within the Society. It follows that the 3 names presented to the pope is taken from a list of three Society members. He did not say taken specifically from the three sspx bishops, ambiguous certainly, though it would be easier to say it that way, and it may include one or more of them, but he said a list "taken IN the Society" of three sspx members has a broader meaning that there possibly may be a new bishop consecrated in favor of the pope and consecrated by a bishop in the Ecclesia dei group; very well could be to establish "obedience". Will it be the novus ordo formula? Once Bishop Fellay "signs", modernist rome has full reign of the stallion +Fellay and his succumbed group.

Bishop Fellay is patiently waiting on Bishop Williamson to bring up and secure the rear. Mean while all the district superiors are on high alert. But, we know that the act of adultery has already occurred in their hearts. In the minds of the Romans it will not be complete until all the victims have enjoyed the new mass and consummated a human sacrifice.

It is almost the last chapter of modernism and onward to unadulterated atheism.

It would definitely be better for them if they had never been born!

One cannot help but see how Pope Francis is not leaving a stone unturned when it comes to remodeling.
As written in one article:
Pope Francis has announced a shake up of female religious life by calling on all enclosed communities to review their mission, amend their rules and then submit them to the Vatican for approval.

And what about the Franciscans of the Immaculate, what crime did they commit?
The intervention in the Franciscans of the Immaculate was precipitated by their increasing attachment to Traditional Catholic theological positions -- not just to the Traditional Latin Mass.

The same will happen with the Society by "offering the SSPX a new body" to slowly revamp their current organization so that it's compatible with Vat II!

If anything is a huge stand out in these statements of Bishop Fellay is the "Rome is offering us a new body."

Deus Vult provided the sources. How is this not a "trap" Bishop Fellay earnestly tries to push aside? And more so, a striking departure from the position of Archbishop Lefebvre?

This is quite a Branding operation of Menzingen to change anything recognizable to the old-sspx and the true Catholic faith of Tradition the Church of Eternal Rome has always professed with millions of saints and martyrs.

Aggiornamento (a bringing up to date) is the word in Latin denoting the changes and revolution of Vatican II. How cannot this be the same in the new-sspx?

What's wrong with the old body set in place by Archbishop Lefebvre?
Bishop Fellay doesn't say.
It's just as with Vat II, changes made with no explanation.
In the 6O's the faithful were told, "We're just turning the altar around, nothing's changed".
In the 70's or 80's (conservative priests held on to them as long as they could) people went into their local parish Church one Sunday and the communion rail is gone.
No explanation of why and what's to come, just "nothing's changed". (standing to rec. Communion didn't happen right away)
Over and over it happened.
It's the same exact game.
Listen to Bisp. Fellay say it himself at 4:49 minutes, "In other words, for you, no change".

The good Archbishop says:

“It is evident that by putting themselves in the hands of the current conciliar authorities, they are implicitly accepting the Council and the ensuing reforms, even if they have received some privileges which remain exceptional and provisory.”

This can only mean one thing, they are excommunicated and it’s lights out.

You can reason with them until you are blue in the face, but once the light of faith is extinguished there is no more you can do but pray for them.

Look at the schism of the Greeks, have any of them ever returned. Yes an individual here and maybe another there over the centuries. Look at the protestants, the same. Look at Vatican II and the new liturgy the same. When the lights in a large building go out you have only moments to get out. Once you are in pitch darkness you will just be bouncing from wall to wall, lost in a maze. It grieves me and I know many who got out suffer the same grief. But those who did not get out of the SSPX in time are lost in darkness.

We owe a great debt of gratitude to Father Pfeiffer and Father Hewko, Thank You both.

It is noticed that when Bishop Fellay writes, he says no deal; when he talks, he says deal.

It is worth noting to dig deeper in Bishop Fellay's statement being wry, amiss, or flatly ambiguous relating to the Pope choosing 3 names presented by the Society and from members in (within) the Society to be the head, a bishop, over the new body formulated and accepted on both sides.

Taking for a moment, though not implied by BF, that the 3 names in the Society would be the 3 bishops, if that arrangement were so voted on by the General Chapter with all of the superiors, there appears to be a conflict with this proposal the Pope would see untenable. That is, Bishop Tissier is still on house arrest in a priory Chicago Illinois (U.S.) since 2012 because he is not in full "practical" compliance to the arrangement with conciliar rome; in principle he now says yes; he already stated it so here and here. But he would not make a good chess yes-man the conciliar vatican needs to be the head over the new body being inside the Ecclesia Dei community.

Bishop de Galarreta provides a different problem for the Pope. He was in the doctrinal talks for two years (2009-2011) defending Archbishop Lefebvre and the rights of the old sspx when Bishop Fellay wanted a new deal; which surfaced immediately after that charade when Bishop Fellay received back full control. As with Bishop de Galarreta signing the Letter from Three Bishops to the SSPX General Council gone public that made his consequent demotion from District Superior of Spain to sit on house arrest too in a priory in France; until he changed 180 promoting the "we are irregular" and will accept the decision of the superiors, right or wrong, in his sermon ordaining the once defiant and belated Dominican and Capuchin candidates later in 2012. Bishop de Galarreta was then freed and put back in action; though he still causes damage control every once and awhile for the staff in Menzingen to put out fires. Translating, that he is too "conservative" for the position.

There remains Bishop Fellay. Though he has been the most destructive agent in the hands of the conciliarists to bring down and putting in heel the sspx world to follow the new hybrid branding, he is also too destructive to the Romans with his double standards the Romans have difficulty with. Bishop Fellay is too political of a figure. Thus Bishop Fellay does not fit the mold of a Bishop Riffan (Campos). Additionally, this might be too obvious of a choice many would see as a personal achievement and covert motivation, it would be better being a different choice when we are already tired of his 18-years of disturbance stated from both sides.

So it shows it is not expedient for both Bishop Fellay and the Pope to choose one of the 3 Society bishops. Who then? Fr. Pfluger, Fr. Nely, or other? Remember, Bishop Fellay expounded that the "head" of the new body will be a bishop with all the power of a super dioceses. So one of the 3 names proposed by the Society, and taken within the Society, could very much be a new (forth) bishop in the will of the Pope. Certainly liberal and certainly in favor of the agreement promoting the conciliar mindset. Unfortunately there are a lot of neo-sspx district superiors that fit that description.

There is a lot of drama and tension here they have drummed up. So much so our Lord has been lost to these people in the embarrassment of human ambitions, wining and dining, and the vying for the throne of pride.

So, three Bishops inside the SSPX are non-starters. Is it possible that Bishop Fellay already knows which conciliar Bishops will be chosen by Rome?

The context given by Bishop Fellay is that one of 3 names proposed to the Pope will be chosen from within the Society's 600 member community; not outside of the Society. So in the sense of your comment, yes it will be a new-sspx "conciliar" bishop as everyone in the neo-sspx is absorbed in the - new body - a new conciliar structure and entity.

I would think he would know at this time who would be the 3 prospect names whether personally or absolutely and begin to prime them with "gifts" so often done when someone ambitious is about to be removed from their job and wants a "good" position in the sought after "new super diocese".

Lobbying may be his new political suit; though it should be in sackcloth and ashes for what he is doing betraying the faith and our Lord.

So the deal has nothing to do with tradition or the faith, they have already disposed of them. They are down to a political choice that will minimize defections and turmoil. First among the society priests and consequentially among the laity. It would seem that they would be doing polls to figure out who are the most promising candidates. Just like a democratic election we may hear of the party candidates visiting chapels during this campaign to evaluate support and popularize their platform.

So the Judas will be out shaking hands and kissing babies as he returns to get the 30 pieces.

To all persons still attending the SSPX chapels, I implore you to consider carefully that irregardless of your ignorance or any seeming pious motivation you might have that nonetheless you are accomplices to this great CRIME, the time is now short for you to make your absence heard. For the sake of your children and their children do not repeat the error of 50 years ago.
You will not be given another Archbishop Lefebvre to save you this time!

Listen to what the Church says:

We decree that those who give credence to the teachings of the heretics, as well as those who receive, defend or patronize them, are excommunicated. [...] If anyone refuses to avoid such accomplices after they have been ostracized by the Church, let them also be excommunicated. IV Lateran Council
